Job summary

Carriage Court in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to provide compassionate daily living support to residents. You will advocate empathy, observe residents' interests, and help create engaging activities while ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include documenting changes in condition, assisting with orientation of team members, and promoting resident well-being during shifts from 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Thursday and Sunday.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and create human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Observe residents to identify interests and abilities and develop engagement plans.
• Scene-setting tasks to support daily routines and activities.
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
