The Westbury Senior Living in Columbia, MO is seeking a Care Partner to join our caring team. You will support residents with ADLs, provide compassionate, person-centered care, and help maintain a warm, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude towards residents.
• Able to use computer to print documents and enter resident information.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connections with residents, showing empathy and kindness.
• Support a positive, inclusive environment by engaging with residents and teammates.
