The Westbury in Columbia, MO is seeking a Memory Care Homemaker to help create a warm, homelike environment for residents. This part‑time position supports daily living, keeps apartments and common areas tidy, and helps ensure the care home feels welcoming and serene for all.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• English communication at 8th grade proficiency or higher.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Keep memory care areas homelike, inviting, tidy and safe.
• Prepare and serve family-style meals in dining areas.
• Ensure residents have snacks and hydration three times daily.
• Engage residents with meaningful activities and interactions.
