Job summary

Beaumonthc is seeking a qualified Memory Care Unit Manager in Indiana to lead daily operations on the memory care unit. You will supervise staff, coordinate programming, and oversee care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration to maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires a background in long-term care, dementia care knowledge, and strong leadership abilities to ensure compliance and smooth unit operation.

Qualifications

• BSW/SSD preferred (social work degree)
• Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred
• Management experience in long term care preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete MDS and other needed assessments
• Manage staff and day to day operations on memory care unit
• Run care plan meetings for residents on memory care unit
• Ensure daily programming is taking place
• Assist with daily programming when needed
• Work with other department leaders as needed to ensure smooth operation of the memory care unit
• Educate staff on dementia unit related to dementia and programming
• As well as other duties that arise
