Job summary

Castlehcc is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the memory care unit, including conducting MDS and other assessments, coordinating daily programming, and leading care plan meetings for residents. You will supervise staff and collaborate with other department leaders to ensure smooth unit operation.

The role emphasizes dementia care expertise, staff education, and ensuring high-quality resident programming on a consistent basis.

Qualifications

• BSW/SSD preferred.
• Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred.
• Management experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily programming is taking place.
• Assist with daily programming when needed.
