Job summary

Beaumont Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a memory care unit manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and programming for residents with dementia. You will coordinate care plans, lead meetings, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth unit operation.

Ideal candidates will have LTC management experience, a BSW/SSD, and a Certified Dementia Practitioner credential. This on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality memory care services.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care management preferred.
• BSW/SSD preferred.
• Certified Dementia Practitioner preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete MDS and other needed assessments.
• Manage staff and day to day operations on memory care unit.
• Run care plan meetings for residents on memory care unit.
• Ensure daily programming is taking place.
• Assist with daily programming when needed.
• Work with other department leaders to ensure smooth operation of memory care unit.
• Educate staff on dementia unit and related programming.
• Other duties as they arise.
