Job summary

The role requires active involvement in on-call rotations and memory care audits.

You will oversee staffing, participate in quality assurance programs, contribute to care plans and MDS, and document nursing care accurately.

Qualifications

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in the memory care unit.

• Assist with on-floor work and be part of the on-call rotation.
