Job summary

Silverado Calabasas is seeking a Clinical Staff & Office Manager to lead scheduling, staffing coordination, and admin support for our memory care community. This role emphasizes compassionate leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with health services leadership.

You will manage daily schedules, support recruitment and onboarding, and oversee payroll processes while maintaining high-quality resident care and staff satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare scheduling, preferably with dementia-related care.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and dementia care practices.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Empathetic communication style and a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and support a team of caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and monthly clinical staff schedules, ensuring coverage and compliance with staffing ratios.
• Maintain caregiver shift preferences and availability in scheduling database.
• Supervise caregivers across PM, NOC, and weekends.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of new caregivers.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, and ordering of clinical supplies.
• Provide updates to Administrators on staffing, overtime, and performance metrics.
