Job summary

Brookdale in Kingsport, TN, seeks a Clare Bridge Program Coordinator to design and deliver dementia-friendly, person-centered activities that engage residents daily. You’ll partner with families and care teams to tailor programs aligning with Brookdale’s standards and BEST guidelines.

You’ll manage calendars, coordinate events, supervise assistants as needed, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and quality of life improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Minimum two years of direct programming experience with older adults and dementia preferred.
• Experience coordinating person-centered programs and engaging families is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designs a 7 day a week, person-centered program for residents.
• Develops monthly calendars with resident input.
• Ensures programs comply with BEST and regulatory standards.
• Collaborates with leadership to educate families about dementia care.
