Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Clare Bridge Program Assistant to support person-centered dementia programs and activity schedules for residents. You will help lead engaging, meaningful activities aligned with Brookdale’s care philosophy and resident preferences.

The role emphasizes teamwork with the Program Manager, positive communication with families, and adherence to Brookdale standards to enhance resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with older adults or dementia is a plus; good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of person-centered dementia programs across seven well-being domains.
• Review residents' service plans and complete program documentation.
• Coordinate and participate in special events, family socials, and open houses; assist with volunteers.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff about program benefits and resident well-being.
