Spectrum Retirement Communities in Ohio is seeking a Program Coordinator, Memory Care to help create and lead an engaging program that enhances residents' quality of life. This full-time role includes coordinating activities and events and supporting the department.

Responsibilities include planning calendars, coordinating performers, encouraging participation, assisting with transportation, and helping residents enter and exit vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Must be proficient with Internet resources and current technology.

Responsibilities

• Providing overall support to planning, coordinating, and implementing activities and events for residents.
• Developing the monthly program calendar with balanced cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational activities.
• Coordinating groups, organizations, and individuals to perform or instruct residents.
• Encouraging resident participation through positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Assist Director of Entertainment & Programming with medical transportation within guidelines and outings.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
