Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC is seeking a Program Coordinator for Memory Care to lead engaging activities that enhance resident quality of life. The role supports planning and coordinating memory care programs, coordinating transportation, and arranging outings within community guidelines.

The position requires a cheerful, service‑minded candidate with a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and prior relevant experience or interest in activities programming for seniors.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous programming coordinator experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in the use of Internet resources and demonstrate an understanding and use of current technology.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three (3) years of driving experience.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Providing overall support to the department in planning, coordinating, and implementing activities and events for residents.
• Assist in developing the monthly program calendar with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational options.
• Assist in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct residents.
• Actively influence and encourage residents to participate via positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Assist in providing medical transportation within community guidelines and coordinate outings and excursions.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
