The position emphasizes planning, calendar development, partnerships with external groups, and ensuring residents participate through positive interactions while complying with community guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience coordinating activities is preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Internet resources and basic technology.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (3+ years).
• Strong customer service skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement adult-centric activities and events.
• Develop a balanced monthly program calendar with cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical and recreational activities.
• Coordinate external groups or individuals to perform for residents.
• Encourage resident participation through positive relationships.
• Assist Entertainment & Programming in arranging medical transportation and outings within guidelines.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
