Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Program Coordinator, Memory Care to create and lead engaging activities that enhance residents’ quality of life. You will plan calendars, coordinate groups, and foster participation through personalized interactions.

The role requires a compassionate approach, attention to safety, and the ability to manage transportation arrangements for residents, including assisting with entering and exiting community vehicles. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with using internet resources and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement engaging activities and events for residents.
• Develop monthly program calendar balancing cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational activities.
• Coordinate with groups and individuals to perform for or instruct residents.
• Encourage resident participation through positive interactions and relationships.
• Assist Director in arranging transportation and outings within community guidelines.
