Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Program Coordinator, Memory Care to create and lead engaging activities for residents, enhancing quality of life. You will coordinate programs, calendar events, and partnerships while supporting transportation and outings within policy.

The role emphasizes interaction with residents, planning, and ensuring activities meet diverse cultural and wellness needs. Full-time with every-other-weekend schedule is included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Proficient in using Internet resources and current technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement adult-centric activities and events.
• Develop monthly program calendar balancing cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical and recreational opportunities.
• Procure groups, organizations or individuals to perform for or instruct residents.
• Encourage resident participation through positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Assist in providing medical transportation and organize outings within community guidelines.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community vehicles.
