Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC seeks a Program Coordinator, Memory Care in Denver to lead engaging, resident-centered activities that enhance quality of life. The role requires coordinating calendars, arranging performances, and facilitating transportation within community guidelines.

The position supports the Director of Entertainment & Programming, with a focus on personal interactions that drive participation and a high standard of care for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating programming/activities for residents preferred
• Proficient with internet resources and current technologies
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR required

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the department in planning, coordinating and implementing activities and events for residents
• Develop monthly program calendar balancing cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical and recreational activities
• Arrange groups or individuals to perform or instruct residents
• Encourage resident participation through positive relationships and personalized interactions
• Assist Director in providing medical transportation within community guidelines and plan outings
• Help residents into and out of community vehicles
