Spectrum Retirement Communities in Denver is seeking a Program Coordinator, Memory Care, to create and lead engaging activities that improve residents' quality of life. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and delivering memory care programs with compassion and professionalism.

You will develop monthly calendars balancing cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational activities; coordinate performers; and help residents access community transportation within

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous programming/activities experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Internet resources and basic technology.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean motor vehicle record, and at least three years of driving experience.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to planning, coordinating, and implementing adult-centric, relevant, elevated, and purposeful activities and events.
• Assist in the development of the monthly program calendar to balance cultural, intellectual, spiritual, social, physical, and recreational opportunities.
• Assist in procuring groups, organizations, and individuals to perform for or instruct the residents.
• Actively influence and encourage residents to participate in activities using positive relationships and personalized interactions.
• Programing Coordinators assist the Director of Entertainment & Programming in providing medical transportation to residents within community guidelines and arranging outings.
• Assist residents in entering and exiting community transportation.
