Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living in Washington is seeking a Memory Care Program Assistant (Finance) to help lead person-centered dementia programs for residents and support program delivery across the community.

You will assist the Program Manager with resident plans, event coordination and volunteer activities while ensuring compliance with Brookdale standards and state regulations. A High School diploma is required; an Associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults and/or dementia preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean 3-year driving abstract as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and implementing dementia-friendly programs for residents.
• Review individual resident service plans and complete required documentation.
• Ensure programming complies with state, federal, and Brookdale standards and regulations.
• Coordinate special events and family communications; supervise volunteers as needed.
• Support programming and engagement initiatives to enhance residents' quality of life.
