Job summary

Brookdale is hiring a Memory Care Program Assistant (Finance) to support Clare Bridge dementia-friendly programming. You will assist in leading activities, review resident plans, and ensure alignment with Brookdale standards while engaging residents and families in meaningful programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of previous experience with older adults and persons with dementia preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a current 3-year driving abstract with no more than one moving violation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and implementing dementia-friendly programs for residents.
• Review individual resident service plans and complete required program documentation.
• Ensure programs comply with state, federal, and Brookdale standards and regulations.
• Provide guidance and resources to associates on programming and resident quality of life.
• Coordinate and participate in special events and family/community activities.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding resident needs and program benefits.
