Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience with older adults or dementia care is advantageous.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and implementing dementia-friendly programs for residents.
• Support calendar of person-centered activities in coordination with the manager.
• Review and document resident service plans and program outcomes.
• Ensure programs meet state and Brookdale requirements and standards.
• Coordinate special events and engage families in activities.
• Assist with volunteer programs and provide guidance to associates.
