Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living seeks a Memory Care Program Assistant to support a calendar of dementia-friendly programs that enhance residents' quality of life. You will work under the Clare Bridge program guidelines, assisting in planning person-centered activities tailored to each resident's routines and preferences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of person-centered dementia programs within the community.
• Review residents' service plans and complete program documentation as required.
• Ensure dementia care programs comply with state, federal, and Brookdale standards and regulations.
• Provide guidance to associates on engagement and quality of life for residents.
• Coordinate and participate in special events and family open houses.
• Assist with volunteer program training and supervision.
• Perform personal care, housekeeping and dietary responsibilities as needed to maintain service quality.
