Arrow Senior Living in Conway, AR is seeking a Care Partner to join our team. This full-time role offers a stable schedule and meaningful daily interactions helping residents with activities of daily living.

Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, with shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm on a rotating two-week schedule. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, can read and speak English, stay organized, and are able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Ability to print documents and enter information about Residents using a computer.
• Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist Residents with sitting, standing, walking and after a fall.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with Residents during vulnerable moments.

• Engaged Egghead: stay curious and engaged in development, growth, and training.
• Proactive: assist Residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
