Vitalia Rockside is seeking a compassionate Care Partner in Seven Hills, OH. This part-time role offers opportunities to support residents with daily activities, provide empathy, and engage with a close-knit team in a home-like setting at Vitalia Rockside.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs and fostering a caring environment. The role emphasizes resident comfort, teamwork, and growth within Arrow Senior Living communities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to use a computer to print documents and enter information.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.
• Provide empathetic, friendly interactions and build connections with residents.
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment and support residents' well‑being.
• Encourage resident development, growth and training within the organization.
• Support safety and comfort during daily activities and transitions.
