Vitalia Active Adult Community at Montrose is hiring a Care Partner in Copley, Ohio. The role is PRN with a flexible shift schedule, starting wage $18–$24.25 per hour.

You will support residents with daily living activities and create a caring, engaging environment. Requirements include at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication with residents, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic care and create human connections during vulnerable moments.
• Be present, supportive, and dependable for residents and teammates.
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment with wholehearted investment.
• Engage in ongoing development, growth, and training within the organization.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
