Senior Lifestyle in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking compassionate individuals to support residents in the Memory Care Program. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and encouraging independence among residents. Candidates preferred to have experience with seniors with dementia and basic proficiency in computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors with dementia including participation in activities is preferred.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• Assist residents in daily living activities like bathing and grooming.
• Participate in and lead activities for residents.
