Job summary

Rosewater Memory Care seeks a Memory Care Nurse Manager to lead the clinical care for our 18‑resident community, oversee the nursing team, and participate in shift rotation. The role ensures regulatory compliance, manages the clinical budget, and develops individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team to support dementia patients' quality of life.

Qualifications

• RN license in Illinois required.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a senior living community preferred.
• 1+ year of dementia care experience required.
• Strong knowledge of senior care regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical care for 18 residents and guide nursing team.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and manage the clinical budget.
• Provide 24/7 on-call clinical support as required.
• Develop and monitor individualized resident service plans with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff.
• Coordinate resident and family care conferences with the Executive Director.
