Touchmark Georgetown is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide leadership and clinical support within our Memory Care neighborhood. You will work under the Health Services Director to guide the Memory Care team and assist with resident care planning.

The ideal candidate brings RN licensure, experience with older adults, and a passion for dementia care. This role emphasizes mentorship, professionalism, and timely documentation in a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Experience with older adults in healthcare or senior living.
• Interest in Memory Care and dementia care.
• Ability to lead and coach care team.
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the Memory Care team.
• Assist with resident assessments, care plans, documentation, and follow-up.
• Support Health Services Director to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, team members, and visitors.
• Maintain confidentiality and timely documentation.
