Qualifications include a nursing degree (LPN/RN), active state license, and 2+ years of nursing management experience; CPR is preferred. Strong communication, integrity, and ability to lead change are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a nursing degree (LPN or RN) with an active license.
• Minimum 2+ years of nursing management experience.
• CPR certification preferred and familiar with long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support RSD to provide clinical oversight and ensure quality of care.
• Supervise nursing services including ADLs and medications.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring and orientation of clinical staff.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist with resident assessments and care plans.
• Participate in care conferences and communicate with families.
• Audit electronic health records and ensure compliance.
