Job summary

Anthem Memory Care is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead a care team in a memory care community. You will assess and plan nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering compassionate, patient-centered services.

Responsibilities include medication administration, documentation, and addressing family concerns. The role reports to the Clinical Services Director and RN, contributing to safety and quality improvements within the facility.

Qualifications

• A current and valid nursing license.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community.
• A minimum of three years in a management/supervisory position or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and provide nursing care per care plan.
• Directly supervise CNAs and manage team performance.
• Participate in the Pathways of Purpose program through engagement in daily interactions.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document nursing history and assessments on admission.
• Handle complaints and refer to Clinical Services Director as needed.
• Support residents and families with dignity and emotional needs.
• Respond to life-threatening situations following policies and protocols.
• Participate in performance improvement activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
