Job summary

Anthem Memory Care seeks an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee resident care, assessments and staff supervision in a memory care community. You will manage care teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

The role requires a nursing license, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and at least three years in senior living management, with strong communication skills for families and physicians.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in a senior living community and in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Must have a valid nursing license and current knowledge of nursing practices.
• Understanding of infection control, resident care documentation and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the resident care team including Care Assistants and Medication Services Technicians.
• Assess residents, develop care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance evaluations to meet budget goals.
• Maintain communication with physicians, families, and team members regarding resident changes.
