Qualifications

• Provide holistic, person-centered memory care.
• Oversee Memory Care Aides and CNAs, and supervise ADL care.
• Maintain resident-specific symptom tracking and non-pharmacological interventions.

Responsibilities

• Commit to ongoing dementia care education and training.
• Complete required documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Encourage family involvement and adapt to resident needs.
