MBK Senior Living is hiring a Certified Caregiver for full-time night shifts (10:00pm–6:00am) in our Memory Care Unit. You will provide high-quality ADL assistance, transport, and compassionate care to residents, ensuring dignity, safety, and privacy per individualized service plans.

Qualified candidates hold a high school diploma, current First Aid/CPR, and Medication Management certifications; Nurses Aide certification is preferred. Experience in caregiving is valued and training is provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications (if required by state).
• Nurses Aid Certification preferred; training provided if required.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if required and not already held.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining independence, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Review shift reports and ISP before the start of each shift.
• Complete all resident assignments as directed in ISP during the shift.
• Assist residents in ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport for residents and assist with transfers.
• Respond to resident behavioral expressions with compassion and follow policy.
• Lead engagement activities and maintain housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Manage oxygen equipment as prescribed and train staff where required.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with regulations and company policies.
