Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a part-time Caregiver (Memory Care) to support residents with daily activities and memory care needs. The role features a swing shift (Thu, Fri, Sun) with weekend availability and pay DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred; ongoing training provided by MBK.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications encouraged.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if not held.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining dignity, safety, and privacy.
• Review ISP and lifestyle surveys at shift start and document discrepancies.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers using proper lifting techniques.
• Deliver compassionate care, support social and emotional well-being per ISP plans.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents as required.
