Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a full-time caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, transportation, and personal care. You will work a night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, ensuring safety, dignity, and compassionate service in a resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass background checks.
• English proficiency to read, write, and follow directions.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Review ISP and lifestyle surveys at shift start.
• Complete all resident assignments during the shift.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Conduct safety checks and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Assist with meals: selection, service, and tray delivery as needed.
• Transport residents safely for meals and activities.
• Engage residents in wellness and social programs.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and community.
• Manage oxygen equipment as prescribed, where trained.
• Respond to alerts, emergencies, and requests to ensure safety.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment and follow all policies.
