MBK Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver to provide high-quality personal and social care to residents during night shifts. You will support ADLs, meals, mobility, and safety while upholding dignity and privacy within ISP guidelines.

The role requires a compassionate team player with 1+ year caregiving experience and relevant certifications. Night hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM may be offered with full-time benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (state requirements) and maintain.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if needed.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident needs promptly while preserving independence, dignity, and safety.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and meals.
• Provide safe transport and transfers using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report changes in resident condition per ISP and policies.
• Support mealtime activities: assist with serving, meal selection, and tray delivery.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and community as assigned or needed.
