Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Full-Time Caregiver to support residents in daily living activities in a 10:30pm–6:30am shift, five days a week with every other weekend. The role emphasizes compassion, safety, and high-quality service within a hospitality-inspired environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent); Nurses Aide certification preferred and current first aid. English proficiency and the ability to follow directions are essential.

Qualifications

• Must read and speak English.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Strong patient-care and safety mindset.
• Commitment to confidentiality and dignity of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Follow care plans and document observations for supervisor.
• Ensure safety and comfort; respond to alerts and emergencies.
• Support residents in activities and transportation to meals and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with laundry and community duties.
