Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a part-time Caregiver to support residents with daily living in a warm, hospitality-driven environment. Shift: Sunday–Monday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hr. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and compassionate care, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meal support, and social engagement while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications required.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless required by state.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resident needs while maintaining independence, dignity, safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Complete ISP-driven shift assignments.
• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers using proper techniques.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; report changes in residents’ condition.
• Follow all policies/regulations and MBK guidelines.
