MBK Senior Living is seeking compassionate caregivers for the 10pm-6am shift in California. This full-time role offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth within a hospitality-focused senior living community.

As a frontline team member, you will assist residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, document changes, and ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life in every interaction.

Formación

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Age 18 or over.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care.
• Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and activities.
• Provide assistance at mealtime with selecting meals, serving, and clearing.
• Transport residents and assist with transfers following safety techniques.
• Perform regular safety checks on residents.
• Encourage residents to participate in daily activities and meaningful programs.
• Manage oxygen tanks and per MD orders where applicable.
• Chart and document information and report changes to a supervisor.
