Arrow Senior Living’s Vitalia Westlake community in Westlake, OH is seeking a Memory Care Aide for the overnight shift to provide compassionate care and support for residents in a home-like environment. The role includes observing residents, documenting care, and assisting with daily activities to enhance quality of life.

Candidates must be 18+, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read, write, and speak English. You’ll need mobility to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate memory care support and empathy for residents.
• Observe residents to identify interests and needs and implement engagement plans.
• Document resident care and status changes accurately.
• Assist with orientation and daily routines within memory care neighborhoods.
