Saber Healthcare Group in Akron, OH is seeking a Memory Care Neighborhood Coordinator Assistant to lead dementia-capable care in our Memory Care Neighborhood. You will provide direct resident engagement, behavioral support, and mentor staff according to the MCC's plans.

This full-time role requires a valid CNA/STNA certification, experience in memory care, and the ability to obtain a Dementia Practitioner Certification within six months. Shift: 1st; growth opportunities and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• CNA/STNA certification is required in the state of operation.
• Dementia Practitioner Certification preferred or obtainable within six months of hire.
• Minimum two years of experience in long-term care, memory care, or dementia-focused programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model dementia-capable care within the Memory Care Neighborhood following plans by the Memory Care Coordinator.
• Provide direct resident engagement, behavioral support, staff mentoring, and oversight of structured cognitive/sensory/life enrichment programming.
