Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carries out daily resident programming and activities.
• Assists the resident in daily routines, personal care, and housekeeping tasks.
• Reports observations and other pertinent information related to the care of the resident.
• Provides services that support the care delivered to the resident and reviews care plans daily to determine if changes are needed.
• Follows safety and infection control policies and procedures, including proper handwashing and use of PPE.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director.
