Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
• At least one year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care and personal hygiene maintenance.
• Record vitals including blood pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate.
• Administer oral medications and injections.
• Relay information between patients, RNs, and physicians.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate medical records.
• Assist with charting and documentation as required.
