River Grove Health and Rehabilitation invites a caring Memory Care CNA to join Affinity for Her, our all-female memory care unit. You will provide compassionate, personalized care, helping residents bathe, feed, dress, and ambulate while reporting changes to the nurse management team.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited CNA program and be certified.
• At least one year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record vital signs and assist with safe resident handling.
• Report changes to nurses and communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Support nursing staff with assigned duties as directed.
