River Grove Health and Rehabilitation, home of Affinity for Her, seeks a Memory Care CNA to provide compassionate, personalized care in a dedicated female memory care unit. Qualifications

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Take and record residents' vital signs and assist with lifting, moving, and transporting.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to nurse management.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes to nursing staff.
• Assist the nurse with various duties as directed.
