You will assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulation, and daily activities, while documenting vital signs and changes for nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Attend to residents' individual needs: bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulation.
• Record and monitor vital signs and mobility using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes to nurse management with clear questions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care in a memory care setting.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Assist nurses with duties as directed and follow care plans.
