You will maintain records, coordinate celebrations, and ensure programs meet state regulations; a compassionate, organized individual with a passion for elder care is ideal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–2 years experience with adults in planning/leading activities.
• Knowledge of recreational therapy methods and applying activities to residents with Alzheimer's/Dementia.
• Certifications required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Life Guidance programs and develop service plans.
• Provide diverse recreational activities with appropriate supervision.
• Plan daily programs, activities of daily living, and special events.
• Engage residents to promote program participation and social interaction.
• Assist in census-building initiatives and maintain activity records.
