You'll review resident profiles and ISPs, coordinate with staff and volunteers, and ensure documentation meets quality standards while supporting residents' quality of life.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
