Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Dallas, TX is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create meaningful activities for residents with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills programs tailored to each resident's interests and abilities, fostering purpose and connection.

You’ll lead small groups, coordinate enrichment clubs, and collaborate with care teams to ensure programs are resident-centered, engaging, and compliant with quality standards. This role requires strong organization and communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
