Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Plymouth, MA is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will develop activities, engage residents in routine programs, and organize enrichment clubs that foster purpose, connection, and dignity.

You will review resident data to tailor activities, document participation, and support staff and volunteers to deliver engaging programming.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability across residents.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
