Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Life Enrichment Manager to design and execute Life Skills programs for residents, including those with memory impairment. You will tailor activities to individual interests, support daily engagement, and guide small groups with dedicated volunteers.

The role requires compassionate communication, strong organization, and the ability to adapt activities to cognitive abilities, with opportunities to lead group activities and contribute to resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
